Product Description

Diseases of edible fungi can lead to a reduction in quality and yield, thereby restricting the development of the edible fungus industry. To facilitate the identification and control of diseases in edible fungi, we conducted a comprehensive review of disease types, symptoms, pathogens, detection techniques, and management methods. The major disease-causing pathogens of edible fungi include viruses, bacteria, and fungi. The complex disease symptoms and diverse infection pathways among wide-ranging hosts make it difficult to identify specific pathogens, rendering the prevention and treatment of diseases more challenging. Therefore, the development of efficient techniques for rapid pathogen identification and diagnosis is urgently required to predict and control disease transmission in edible fungi. Pathogen detection techniques include microscopic observation and molecular biological detection, which can accurately identify pathogens and disease types and provide support for disease management. Disease management measures include chemical, biological, and cultural strategies, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of diseases in edible fungi. This review summarizes the disease types, symptoms, detection techniques, and management strategies to provide a reference for detecting and preventing diseases in edible fungi. Additionally, the findings of this review support the application of rapid diagnostic technologies.Excellent Highed-Selenium Edible Fungus with High QualityExcellent Highed-Selenium Edible Fungus with High QualityExcellent Highed-Selenium Edible Fungus with High QualityExcellent Highed-Selenium Edible Fungus with High QualityExcellent Highed-Selenium Edible Fungus with High QualityExcellent Highed-Selenium Edible Fungus with High Quality
