Product Description

HMB, also known as β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, is an active metabolite of the essential branched-chain amino acid leucine, which can promote protein synthesis and reduce its decomposition, thereby increasing human body strength, delaying muscle fatigue, and also helping to prevent muscle atrophy in the elderly.
