Bacteriostatic mechanism and effect of sodium diacetate
Studies have shown that sodium diacetate interferes with the enzyme interaction by effectively penetrating into the cell wall of mold and inhibits the generation of mold, so as to achieve the functions of efficient anti-mold and anti-corrosion, etc. Sodium diacetate has better inhibition effect on Aspergillus Niger, rhizopus Niger, Aspergillus flavus and trichoderma viridis than potassium sorbate.

SHELF LIFE:
Powder: 24 months if stored under recommended storage conditions.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Should be stored in airtight container in a cool and dry place below 40ºC and relative humidity less then 70%.
