Description
LU-001 is a phosphate-free compound formula suitable for use in shrimp, fish, chicken, pork, beef and other meat products. It can effectively retain the water weight gain effect, reduce the weight loss of meat products, improve the taste.
Usage: Use 2-3% of the product to dissolve into tap water or salt water at a temperature of less than 5 degrees, and the ratio of dissolved liquid to raw materials is 1:1. The soaking time is 3-12 hours.
- Effective weight gain of meat products, fish 30.20%, pork 20.90%, chicken 17.00 % and shrimp 12.40%.
- Maintain the quality of meat products and the ingredients are phosphate free.
